The Mission...

People are made uniquely individual and Broadway Bodies come in all shapes and sizes. The Broadway Bod hopes to inspire performers and non-performers to cherish what makes their Broadway Bodies special, by fueling, challenging, and treating their bodies and minds in such a way that assists them in leading strong, long, and successful careers (and lives)!   The Broadway Bod promises to be a resource for physical fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being and how they compliment and boost success on stage (whatever and wherever this "stage" may be).  Lastly, The Broadway Bod plans to continue to learn and grow in this knowledge in order to further foster a positive and forceful community of Broadway Bodies.

Meet the Founder...

Hi! I'm Stephanie and I'm the founder of The Broadway Bod!  I have been performing on stage ever since I was a young child, and have been in the professional industry for over 12 years.  As I've navigated this profession I've learned (occasionally the hard way) that treating my body--my medium for creation--as a temple is vital.  I've picked up some information along the way that I love sharing with my friends and family,  and I thought, why not share it with the world!

As I continue my education in the field of health and fitness, I have big ideas for The Broadway Bod. I hope you find the information I share  here useful and even life changing.  And I encourage you to share The Broadway Bod with your friends and colleagues.  Let's grow, nourish, and better our broadway bods together.
